Every summer since 2012, we’ve set up MTB modules in the heart of the city of Grenoble in the Parc Paul Mistral for the “l’Eté OH Parc” event. The city of Grenoble asks us create a playful area devoted to learning how to ride, designed for children. For us this area must be flexible and scalable from year to year. See-saws, balance modules, whoops, banked corners as well as a few earthworks are accessible to young city kids in July and August. Whether they come with their family or an organisation, they can borrow all the equipment and benefit from the advice of a Moniteur Cycliste Francaise (MCF, French Cycling Instructor)…and it FREE!

The wooden module set-up allows you to learn the basics of riding while having fun: trajectory, position on the bike etc.

The bike park is open in the presence of an MCF instructor who accompanies children as they learn. Each child receives customised advice tailored to their ability. The signage that we put in place helps the instructors present the modules and how to cross them.
